Q. Does Certified Mobility bill Medicare on my behalf ?
A. Yes, we do bill Medicare and we will submit your paperwork on your behalf. Once approved, Medicare will send you a check for 80% of the chair and your secondary insurance will pick-up the remaining 20%..

Q. Will I be charged sales tax ?
A. No

Q. Is there a warranty on the power wheelchair?
A. Certified Mobility will support you for years after your purchase. Different manufacturers have different policies on their warranties, some of them give you an in-home service (Pride and Golden Tech). In case you have a problem with your power wheelchair, call us and we'll help you find a way to get it fixed.

Return Policy

If for any reason you decide not to keep your electric wheelchair, you can return it within 30 days as long as it's never been used and it's in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the freight and a 10% restocking fee unless the electric wheelchair is defective or if we made a shipping error.
