Q. Does certifiedmobility bill medicare on my behalf ?
A. Yes, we do bill medicare, after you picked your chair and finished the purchase, we will submit you paperwork that we receive from you doctor to medicare, once approved, medicare will send you a check for 80% of the chair and your secondary insurance will pick-up the 20% left.

A. No
Q. Is there a warranty on the power wheelchair?
A. certifiedmobility will always be there for you for years after your purchase. Different manufacturer have different policies on there warranty, some of them give you an in-home service ( Pride and Golden Tech), others warranty there frame and parts. In case you have a problem with your power wheelchair, call us and we’ll go over the trouble shouting with you.
Return Policy
If for any reason you decided not to keep your electric wheelchair, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s never been used and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the freight and a 10% restocking fee unless the electric wheelchair is defective or if we made a mistake in what was shipped, in that case certifiedmobility will arrange for everything.
